Your online transactions are even more secure thanks to Mastercard SecureCode and Verified by Visa (VBV) security features. You benefit from an additional layer of protection through a password chosen by you, which may be requested when making purchases from online merchants.
Some tips for using your card:
- Keep your PIN separate from your card and never share it with anyone.
- Always check the amount displayed on the POS terminal before entering your PIN or signing the receipt.
You can personalize the PIN for your Mastercard at any of the Bank’s ATMs. Changing the PIN for these cards is free of charge.
If you lose your PIN, reprinting it at a Credins Bank branch costs EUR 2 for Mastercard cards and ALL 200 for Visa cards.
