Credins Bank Kosovo promotes good corporate governance, compliance with the Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics, as well as other internal policies and procedures, in order to prevent fraud, corruption, discrimination, and situations that may be considered unethical behavior.
The Bank has established an internal whistleblowing process and policy for reporting, investigation, and the protection of whistleblowers. Through this process, staff are encouraged to submit reports in writing or verbally, which are handled by the designated person responsible for whistleblowing.
