Subject: Invitation to Tender

As part of the “Inventory Process”, Credins Bank Kosovo JSC invites you to participate in its tender for: “QR Code Equipment for Inventory Management”, in accordance with the attached specifications.

The following documentation must be submitted together with the offer:

  1. Business Registration Certificate and business information;
  2. Fiscal Number Certificate;
  3. Copy of the identification document and details of the contact person (ID, contact number, and official e-mail address);
  4. License to carry out the activity, issued by the relevant authority;
  5. Certificate issued by the Tax Administration;
  6. Company presentation and evidence of similar work previously completed;
  7. All prices offered by bidders must be submitted in Euros, including all applicable taxes;
  8. For prices where VAT has not been indicated separately, it will be understood that VAT is included in the offered price.

Please submit your offer and documentation electronically to prokurimi@bankacredins-ks.com no later than 26.08.2025 at 12:00.

Subject: Offer for “QR Code Equipment for Inventory Management”

  • The offer must be submitted in the Albanian language.
  • Credins Bank reserves the right to request additional information from bidding companies.
  • Credins Bank reserves the right to cancel, repeat, and/or modify the tender at any time.

Confidentiality: Credins Bank Kosovo JSC processes personal data in accordance with Law No. 06/L-082 on Personal Data Protection and the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

The tender participant gives their explicit consent that the personal data provided, or any data that may become available at a later stage, may be processed or stored for the purpose of evaluating the offer and for any other legitimate purpose within the provisions of the applicable data protection legislation.

Furthermore, the tender participant guarantees to Credins Bank that they have obtained the consent of their employees, board members, shareholders, and beneficial owners to disclose their personal data or any other relevant data to the Bank for the purposes of the tender and for any other legitimate purpose within the limits of data protection legislation.

The tender participant agrees and authorizes the Bank to share the personal data provided, as well as any other relevant information, with institutions authorized under applicable law to collect and receive such data, including the Central Bank of Kosovo.

  • The device must be able to scan both barcodes and QR codes.
  • Automatic data storage system.
  • Stickers must be of high quality; RFID technology is preferred.
  • User manual.
  • The QR Code device must enable accurate tracking, real-time updates, and automatic report generation.
