Artan Sadiku is the Chief Executive Officer of Credins Bank Kosovo, with more than 20 years of experience in the banking and financial services sector. He has held executive positions at Banka për Biznes (BPB), as well as senior management roles at TEB Bank and ProCredit Bank, where he successfully led business growth, strategic transformation, and the development of innovative banking solutions.

Throughout his career, he has developed strong expertise in business development, private sector financing, strategic planning, risk management, and sustainable finance.

Before joining Credins Bank Kosovo, Mr. Sadiku held leadership and advisory roles in initiatives supported by international development institutions, focused on promoting investment, financial inclusion, export finance, and private sector development. In these roles, he worked closely with organizations such as USAID, EBRD, IFC, and other international financial institutions.

Mr. Sadiku holds a PhD in Knowledge Management from the International School for Social and Business Studies in Slovenia, a Master of Science in Banking and Financial Management from the University of Ljubljana, and has also completed the advanced banking management program at the ProCredit Bank Academy.
